Inovity offers on-staff, Tier 1 Help Desk along with automated case escalation and higher-level Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.  In addition, Inovity will also provide IMCorp customers with expanded resources such on-staff system engineering services and full Project Management with any system integration project.
